Failure Attempting To Load Gsk Library Ssl0166E When Using Ssl With Ibm Http Server

This happens when OS doesn’t have GSK dependencies library installed.

Solutions:

Install libstdc++5 library on OS and try to start  IHS. Note: You can install this library by doing yum install, alternatively you can contact your server administrator to do it.
